Shipping & Returns

Our Resonance eStore is committed to providing you with the best quality products we can find. That's why we guarantee to replace any item or items in your order when they are returned in good condition within 30 days of the receipt of your order. A refund will be issued either to your credit card or by check. So, simply send the items back, and we'll take care of the rest!

We ship primarily by UPS. International orders and are sent via USPS AirMail Express or Air Parcel Post depending on the destination, value, weight and size of the package.

All shipping is from Arizona except for some items: the Platonic Solids, the Cellerciser, the Wellness Water things, that are drop shipped from the manufacturer. Their shipping charges are included in the cost of the items.
