STEP 5: CONTINUING TEACHERS

– Scroll down to the following six sections –

Move Forward at Your Own Pace

Continuing teachers
  • All you who qualify are most welcome to teach up to and including Transforming Unconscious Patterns.
  • For those who want to teach Transforming Chakra Patterns and Transforming Five Element and Meridian Patterns, we have a few other requirements in addition to the regular criteria for the first three seminars (see the Experience toggle below).
Experience
  • Often teachers need more time to experience teaching the first three seminars before moving on to teach the Chakras and Meridians seminars.
  • Teaching the Chakra and Meridians seminars is therefore determined mostly on an individual basis by the Teacher Training Team and the teacher who feels ready to continue to the Chakra or Meridans seminar.
    • we look carefully at how many students the teacher has taught
    • whether 50% of the Teacher’s students continue on to the next seminar in the sequence
    • how long she/he has been teaching
    • how many re-take seminars the teacher has attended
  • Inner Cultivation and the three Advanced seminars are only taught by the Founder — Chloe Faith Wordsworth — and successful, long-term RRI Teachers.
Criteria

Teaching the next seminar
  • For those who want to continue on to teach the next seminar in the sequence – whether Primary Patterns or Unconscious Patterns – there are certain general criteria you need to have completed:
    • You have sent your feedback on your Teacher Training to [email protected]
    • you have taught a minimum of 20 students in the seminar prior to the one you want to move into teaching
    • you have taught a minimum of three seminars prior to the one you want to move into teaching
    • you have sent all your student mailing lists (as per the Teacher Agreement) to [email protected]
    • you have paid the admin online within seven days of teaching each seminar
    • in your third seminar if you have filmed several sections (because you wanted further feedback from your TTM), you have received feedback from your TTM on your video
    • if your TTM feels it is essential to see a video of you teaching certain sections, you have received feedback from your TTM on your video
  • After you have done the above, your TTM will email the RR Institute endorsing you as a teacher of the Primary Patterns / Unconscious Patterns seminar and copy you in on this email. The RR administrator will now email you to go online to receive your Diploma.
    • give your name as you want it on your Diploma, your email and address
    • write in the subject line: PPs / TUPs Diploma and insert your name
  • If you feel you are ready, you are now welcome to move forward into your pre-training for the next seminar in the sequence.
  • If possible you have attended the seminar you want to teach within the last twelve months (before applying to teach this seminar). This may be required depending on when you last attended the seminar you want to teach and how many times you have taken it.

  • The following self-evaluation for your Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water Elements is something all of us can use for the rest of our life!
  • Honesty, self-understanding and a willingness to grow, self-heal and change is what is important. We don’t need to be perfect as teachers (or as people), but we do need to know our strengths as well as our weak areas.
  • Know if the statement is a problem for you, is not a problem, or is sometimes a problem.
  • We need to use any tool, including Resonance Repatterning sessions, for those areas needing positive change. Go back to this self-evaluation regularly and check yourself out.
